PSI created Well Street Care Management™ in 2007 to invest in the future of pharmacy and assist with implementation of medication therapy management (MTM) throughout the state. Well Street conducted several pilot projects to help establish MTM standards, and developed initial training programs. Since Well Street’s inception, MTM services have become more common within the profession. During PSI’s strategic planning session in Sept. 2015, PSI’s Board of Directors renewed their commitment to Well Street and have dedicated resources to support the profession in this area of practice for not only community pharmacies but pharmacists as providers. The company name has been updated to Well Street Care Management Network to more accurately reflect its expanded business model.

This is done through the synergy of clinical expertise and the relationships your pharmacy already has with its patients.
